Working with The Pastry Academy has been one of the most rewarding projects of my career. I was responsible for building a strong, scalable marketing foundation.
From business conception through to growth, I was solely responsible for every aspect of the business, from creating marketing strategies to build a strong brand identity, growing its online presence, creating policies and procedures through to working with closely with our accountants for financial stability.
By combining digital marketing with hands-on business management, I transformed The Pastry Academy from a a business dream into a viable commercial entity.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with DJ Olly Grant for over three years, providing ongoing mentoring and marketing direction as his business has gone from strength to strength.
Together we built his initial website designed to showcase his talent and professionalism as a London-based DJ specialising in Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
My role has been to guide Olly through a tailored event entertainment marketing strategy, helping him refine his brand message, strengthen his online presence, and attract the right kind of clients through smart positioning and digital visibility.
The result is a confident, scalable marketing platform that reflects his reputation as a trusted and in-demand DJ in the events scene.
