Since the very beginning of my career, I have always loved working on events - whether they be business to busness or consumer events, the thrill of everything coming together gives me a real buzz. I reckons it's because I love solving problems and that I'm able to think on my feet - rather than rely on someone else to come up with a solution.
Classic Ibiza is a summer concert series staged at some of England's finest stately homes from June to September. The vibe is white island classics performed by the Urban Soul Orchestra and supported by DJ Goldierocks.
It is always a pleasure to be able to align the right products with the right event and Unwanted Wines was just perfect for this outdoor, high octane, family event.

Organised by Sinclair's Catering, Taste Angus was an annual food and drink festival staged at Glamis Castlem nestled in the heart of Angus.
In 2017, I was asked to join the team to secure sponsorship for this event. We subsequently welcomed:
I helped the event organiser (Lucy Mackay) with all aspects of the event from securing and managing Candice Brown (Great British Bakeoff), managing her book sales, managing and overseeing all aspects of on-site sponsorship from set up to take down to pre-event marketing and PR activities.
Held over 2 days, Taste Angus attracted an audience of over 4,000 families from across Scotland.

When I first came to Scotland, I was lucky enough to work with Maggie McGinlay who was, then, the Director of Scottish Food and Drink.
During the course of my time at Scottish Enterprise, I worked with Maggie, intially as her secretary. As time progressed, I then took on more work and become more of an assistant, planning and developing the new public/private membership organisation scotlandfoodanddrink.com.
I was also tasked by scotlandfoodanddrink.com to help plan, organise and attend the stakeholder events which would grow into being the leadership groups and then when the organisation launched, I helped increase its membership by 10%.
