Working with The Pastry Academy has been one of the most rewarding projects of my career. I was responsible for building a strong, scalable marketing foundation.
From business conception through to growth, I was solely responsible for every aspect of the business, from creating a strong brand identity, growing its online presence to developing systems that attract and nurture students across the UK.
By combining digital strategy with hands-on marketing execution, I transformed Chef's online visibility and created a sustainable model for growth. This collaboration deepened my passion for the food and drink sector, showing how the right marketing structure can help exceptional culinary talent reach the audience it deserves.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with DJ Olly Grant for over three years, providing ongoing mentoring and marketing direction as his business has gone from strength to strength.
Together, we built and launched a new website — www.djollygrant.co.uk — designed to showcase his talent and professionalism as a London-based DJ specialising in Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
My role has been to guide Olly through a tailored event entertainment marketing strategy, helping him refine his brand message, strengthen his online presence, and attract the right kind of clients through smart positioning and digital visibility.
The result is a confident, scalable marketing platform that reflects his reputation as a trusted and in-demand DJ in the events scene.
Through my work with Elevator, I deliver one-to-one marketing consultancy and training for small business owners as part of the Business Gateway programme.

I’ve been working with MyCabin Scotland to help launch their innovative golf simulator cabins and grow their brand presence online.
As their dedicated marketing consultant, I manage their lead generation campaigns on Meta Suite, designing and optimising ads that convert interest into bookings.
My focus is always on ROI — helping small and medium-sized businesses like MyCabin build awareness, generate quality leads, and scale sustainably.
